Aindra prabhu samadhi

Sripad Aindra prabhu, a disciple of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, joined ISKCON in 1973. He served as a book distributor and pujari in various North American temples, as well as in Radha-Damodara, the famous traveling sankirtana group. Later, after making harinama-sankirtana his life's mission, he himself organized a traveling group and chanted Hare Krsna kirtan on the streets of New York City for 10-12 hours daily. In 1986, Aindra prabhu took shelter of Vrndavana dhama with the goal of reviving the 24-hour kirtan at Krsna-Balaram mandir in fulfillment of Srila Prabhupada’s will.
